CONNOR RICHARDSON

HART COUNTY H.S. | MUNFORDVILLE, KY

AS A FRESHMAN, CONNOR RICHARDSON posted the High Overall Average for Hart County High School in the 2017 Kentucky State High School Clay Target League. The number of Kentucky schools participating in the League has nearly doubled from seven to 12 teams this past year. Richardson is one of many rising stars throughout the state.

PullUSA: How did you get involved in shooting sports?

Connor Richardson: I got involved in shooting sports when my friends asked me to come practice with them one day. Their coach, Kenny Knott, watched me and asked if I would be interested in joining their team. Since that day of practice, I have had a passion for trapshooting.

PullUSA: What do you love about it?

Richardson: I really enjoy the atmosphere and I have met a lot of really nice people. I enjoy being around all of my teammates and coaches. The League is a great way for kids to make new friends, compete and develop new skills that will last a lifetime.

PullUSA: What other activities or hobbies do you have outside of the League?

Richardson: Other than trapshooting, I enjoy hunting, fishing and just being outdoors.

PullUSA: What advice do you have for other student athletes in the League?

Richardson: My shooting advice is to always have confidence in yourself, focus on one target at a time and thank God each day for giving you the ability and talent to do what you love.
