brittanyphotoThe Brittany Shooting Park is a premier shooting facility located in Bunker Hill, Illinois – about one hour north of St. Louis.  The shooting park is home to the Illinois State High School Clay Target League State Tournament each year, and is also the home club for the Staunton High School team.

Built in 1999 by Larry and Carole Mohr, who had spent 25 years a nine-field range just north of the current location, the club was intended to be one of the top trap shooting facilities in the state. With the help of twenty donors along with other funding, the Mohrs developed the club into an active range that holds competitions in a variety of shooting sports.

Today Brittany Shooting Park features 25 trap fields,  two skeet fields, a shell house, and a number permanent berms for both rifle and pistol shooting. The club also features a large modern clubhouse with a full kitchen that can seat and serve hundreds of people, and there are 160 camping spots with water and electric hookup available to visitors and competitors.

For those who don’t get to shoot at this fantastic club each year, it’s definitely worth a visit to shoot a few rounds. http://brittanyshooting.com/
